Types of Massages
Swedish Massage Price: $40 Description: Long smooth strokes, kneading and circular movements for relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage Price: $40 Description: Targets deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Deep tissue massage is used for chronically tight and painful muscles, repetitive strain or recovery from injuries.
Hot Stone Massage Price: $45 Description: Heated smooth stones are used to loosen tight muscles and balance energy centers in the body. The warmth is comforting. Hot stone is good for people who have muscle tension, but prefer lighter massage.
Reflexology Price: $45 Description: Reflexology involves applying pressure to certain points in the foot that corresponds to the organs and systems in the body. Reflexology is very relaxing, especially for people who stand on their feet all day or just have tired, achy feet. There is no need to undress with this type of massage and you can enjoy the added relaxation of a zero gravity chair. Includes a scrub, paraffin wax and hot stones.
Bamboo Deeper Massage Price: $45 Description: Varying lengths and widths of heated and oiled bamboo stalks are used to relieve tight muscles and sooth tension by rolling and kneading the muscle tissue. This massage promotes circulation, sensory nerve perception, lymphatic drainage and provides a deep sense of relaxation and well being.
