Rick Cadden, Administrative Pastor

Rick learned his management and operations skills from being self-employed most his life. He is committed to instilling excellence and integrity in church accounting. Rick has a passion for church administration and is certified by the National Association of Church Business Administrators. He enjoys team building, laughter, and organization in the office.

He joined our staff in October 2007 from a church in Fort Worth, Texas serving there for eight years. Rick has many articles published nationally in the NACBA Ledger and has been very active in local chapters. He is a lifelong learner and enjoys his work! When not in the office Rick enjoys playing golf, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and family. Rick is married to Becky and they have three wonderful grown children and four grandchildren.
